What shows up on the tables

Ideas, not a closed list. The room runs 1st gen through 5th gen. If your setup belongs at the Mini Fest, apply with what you actually sell.

  • Photocards, albums, lightsticksPulls, albums, and the glow sticks they already carry.
  • K-beauty samplesMinis for a touch-up before photos.
  • Sticker and fan-art printsBias prints, deco stickers, small zines.
  • Boba and Korean snacksSomething cold or sweet between sets.
  • Temporary tattoos and nail artA detail that matches the era they wore.
  • Photo booth or backdropA corner for the outfit photos.
  • K-pop apparelTees, jerseys, and reseller racks.

The table deposit

Each table has a $15 deposit, paid once you're approved and refunded after the Mini Fest wraps. It's there to keep the vendor lineup committed, not to gatekeep who gets to sell.

The Mini Fest is outdoors, and vendors bring their own setup: canopy, table, chairs and display.

When do applications close?

October 31, 2026. Apply earlier if you can.

When and where is the Mini Fest?

Saturday, November 14, 2026, 2–6PM at Crown Northwest Bar & Grill, 911 SE 28th St #7, Bentonville, AR 72712.

Is there a table fee?

There's a $15 deposit per table, paid once you're approved. It's refunded after the Mini Fest wraps.

What happens after I apply?

If you're approved, we'll email you a link to pay your $15 table deposit. Your spot is held for 5 days after approval, so pay soon. Closer to the event, vendors get a table map and a logistics sheet with load-in time, your spot, and power details.

Can I get a power outlet?

Tick "I need a power outlet" in the application, and we'll confirm it in your logistics sheet.

Do I need to bring my own table or canopy?

Yes. Vendors bring their own canopy, table, chairs and display. Need help? Email us and we can point you to event rental businesses in the area.

Is the Mini Fest indoors or outdoors?

Outdoors. Plan your setup for the weather, and weigh down your canopy.

Is the Mini Fest free for guests?

Yes. Entry is free and open to all ages.

Yes. The list is ideas, not a closed set. Choose "Other" and tell us what you sell.
